Glenn Stevens – Managing Director

Glenn has been with the family company since 1991, having previously worked with the Commonwealth Bank and Avco Financial Services. He is involved with many different sports including cricket, veterans football and is an avid Carlton supporter. Glenn is our office manager, compliance manager and also is our customer complaints officer.  Glenn holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking) and is a QPIB and CIP.

Andrew Burns – Partner

Andrew joined Bricher in 2006 having worked with Blackburn Insurance Brokers for the 12 years prior. He also followed a similar path into insurance as Glenn with stints at the Commonwealth Bank and Avco Finance, which is probably not surprising since both Andrew & Glenn went to secondary school together.  Andrew is a Carlton supporter and loves a chat about the Blues!  Andrew holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking) and is a CIP.

Errol Anthonisz – Founder

Errol started his insurance career over 40 years ago with Royal Exchange Insurance, which went on to become GRE & Zurich Insurance. He has also worked with Switzerland General Insurance, Australian Jardines and Stenhouse (AON) before founding Bricher Insurance Brokers in 1984. Errol is passionate about golf and supports the Geelong Football Club. Having been around the industry for so many years, Errol has a large network of insurance contacts.

Emily Stevens - Junior Broker

Emily joins us in 2010 as a junior insurance broker and is looking forward to the challenge of assisting you with your insurance needs.  Emily holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and has been working both in retail and distribution for the Bunnings chain.

Julie Stevens – Assistant Broker/Administration

Julie joined Bricher in 1998 after working as a bookkeeper at companies such as AWF Sheetmetal and Rolf’s Pies. Julie assists the brokers with queries and processing and will be able to handle most queries you may have.  Julie also takes charge of much of our administration area.  She holds a Tier 2 in insurance broking.

Cheryl Anthonisz – Administration

Cheryl comes from a bookkeeping background and as such looks after all the financials of our company. Joining husband Errol with Bricher in 1988, Cheryl initially moved our company into the computer age and beyond. She controls the purse strings and attempts to control Errol!  Cheryl holds the Tier 2 in Insurance Broking.

Carolyn Dietrich - Reception/Claims

Carolyn joined us in 2009 part time looking after our reception area.  She is the friendly voice answering when you call!  Carolyn also follows up on the claims to ensure your claim runs as smoothly as possible.  Carolyn works on a Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

Natalie Allsop - Financial Adviser

Natalie operates her stand alone Financial Services company from within the offices of Bricher.  She took office in 2009 and has been helping many of our clients during that time.  Natalie is an Authorised Representative of Diversified Financial Solutions, through the Professional Investment Services group.  She is a qualified financial planner and can assist you with life & income protection, trauma and superannuation.
